i agree w/ you for the most part. However, the times I smoke, I am usually driving. I am a crazy man behind the wheel after about a 12 pack of beer. But when I smoke the ganj I am very careful and collected. The issue to me is they(govt') are just wanting to control us. What we can smoke and what we cant should be left to the human being. I could go on and on about this but I wont...

I dont see a problem with driving while stoned here in new zealand there are 3 stages of a drivers licence, 1. Learners (a test where you are askd 35 questions and must not get anymore than 3 questions wrong once you get your learners you must only drive between 7am-10pm and have a full licenced driver with you at all times) 2. Restricted, you must pass a little 15min driving test same conditions as a learners licence but you may drive out of the hours if you have a full licenced driver in the passeneger seat and must have this licence for atleast 1year, 3 Full Licence, to get this you are put thru another driving test which last about 45mins. while i was sitting my licence i was as high as a kite and aced all test so stoned driving is defintly not a problem and if pot was legal but stoned driving wasn't i would not be a happy camper

I would def agree wth SkunkNZ on this one , i have been driving stoned for 10 years now and must honestly say that i have never had an inciddent while driving stoned. I do a unfortunately agree that if there is a legalization then smokin stoned however will not be tolerated. I once agree wth SkunkNZ that i will not be a happy camper. So this leads me to, the fact that we should egt started on finding a solution to passing weed breathalizer. Yes people they are out there and it will be fact , so good luck to everyone , p.s there is nothing better than puffing a big fatty and taking a drive on the back roads.

Speaking of breathalizers i belive the nazi new zealand goverment wants to introduce them over here infact they could allready be in use here im not to sure, if they are there must only be acouple in the country and i hope it stays that way, not to sure on what the penalty will be hopefully it wont be the same as drunk driving which is about 6months loss of licence here, i have been caught in the drivers seat havn a puff on a joint and was forbiden to drive for 12hrs and was not aressted for havn pot on me allthough the wankers took the rest of the joint off us
