Afghanistan was a theocracy, ruled by a council called the Taliban.....There is no such thing as a terrorist state, Terrorism is a military tactic.....You didnt see americans saying "hey look theres germany the "blitzkrieg state" or hear people nowadays saying "hey look theres america the "air strike state"......sheesh be logical.
