Hello Red well just going on what I know, I shouldnt think it will harm them.

I've had a power cut before of over 4 hours and the plants were fine, I have been told that if the plants are being induced or flowering then it is harmfull to let them get subjected to light during their dark period.

I'm sure some more in the know will let you know but I don't think you have any worries
