    DRY?!?

I haven't been dry in approximately 3 years.

There have been dry spells for a couple of days, but no long spats, and definitely not an entire town going dry. It might be probable in little ass villages and towns, but cities and suburbs never dry up. The key to getting hookups is who you know.

The reason a situation can dry is simply:

    1. A bust, and it causes a domino effect to those who rely on the chain.

    2. The grower is outbid by another seller, and therefore it goes to a different market, which can cause supply havocs.

But I can safely say it has nothing to do with seasons because:

    1. A lot of it is grown indoors, so exactly what harvest season would that be?

    2. From experience with actually dealing with people "up the chain", they usually aren't that long. It simply

    grower---------Dealers---------(middleman)---------customer.

Weed isn't cocaine where you need to have more coordination and centralized system. It's rogue, whoever grows it and chooses to sell it for profit can easily enter the market.

    DRY?!?

It's never dry out here in the San Francisco area. Especially since Californian's voted to legalize medical marijuana. After that local law pretty much quit actively looking for grows. The only seasonal difference is that from about Sept-Dec both outdoor and indoor are available while the rest of the year it's just indoor.
