The Simpsons

It's all a matter of personal taste. I've been watching the Simpsons since it started around 89 and I must admit, as of late, they haven't been as funny as in the past, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy watching it.

Some people like it, some don't, but let the people who do enjoy it...enjoy it. Then watch Scooby and his gang some other time. It's only TV, relax...

The last Simpsons show I saw was the Halloween episode where they blatantly ripped off Family guy..

What?!? Simpsons were here long before Family Guy. Family Guy started ripping the Simpsons off in the first place.

Look at the similarities. Homer and Peter, both overweight, hilarious idiots. Lois and Marge, both nagging, straight arrowed wives. Meg and Lisa...Chris and Bart. There's a baby in both, a dog in both...but in the end Simpsons was here before FG. I love both shows, but I'm just saying, that's all...

I havn't seen the new episodes but simpsons was one of my favs and i'd choose The simpsons over southpark any day of the week.

It WAS a great show, but it really isn't that funny anymore. I too would rather watch the re-runs than the new stuff.

The last Simpsons show I saw was the Halloween episode where they blatantly ripped off Family guy. That show should have ended years ago when it was still funny. Talk about a show living on past glory. but I guess it still makes money, so they'll keep pimping out the Simpsons for another ten years till it finally dies.

i'll watch the new ones, and once in a while theres a funny joke, and ill laugh for a while i still love the simpsons, but why do people like mad tv, that show just sucks
