Therin lies the problem. With no government, where is the military going to come from to defend yourself? People are just going to pick up rifles and practice of thier own free will? I doubt it!

Voluntary popular militias? Yes, that's exactly what happened in Spain and the Ukraine, but they were outnumbered by the capitalists. Why is it that a militia has to be centralized and government-dominated? Voluntary popular militias have been an important part of every historical struggle for increased liberty, including the French, American, and Russian revolutions.

What I meant is not everybody raped and murdered each other freely. Of course, anti-social acts are inevitable in any society (but they occurred in far lower proportions than under the competition-driven capitalistic societies of today), and the situations were rectified in decentralized, non-authoritarian ways by the people of the community, rather than just sending the offenders to universities of crime (i.e. prisons) for a while.

Political campaigns do cost a lot of money and our team has spent much time researching the easiest way on how to accomplish this. Even though I hate to be exploited, for my fellow Americans I shall walk the extra mile!

My government is here to protect you against foreign threat and to ensure a safe enviroment internally. Hell, run around naked for all I care!
But you say, "what about the children seeing this?" Our bodies are not to be ashamed of. If a child is raised in a society in which this is the norm, how would they comprehend it is wrong?

    Dumping of illegal waste:
Small fines to corporations don't cut it. The fine shall be tallied based upon the amount of waste. If it would have cost a million to dispose of said waste, a fine of 10 million will be imposed. Not only that, but board of directors, C.E.O.s and others responsible will be physically mandated to help with the clean-up efforts. NO MORE buying your way out at a fraction of the cost and laughing later on in your country clubs. ACCOUNTABILITY!

Clean enviroment for clean herb! This will fall under the responsibilities of Tommy Chong.

well here's my plan.....i would stop paying the soldiers.....i would make the army a national duty...all men at the age of 18 would have to join in for a year....no more mercenaries...more or less a country as big as usa would always have enough soldiers.....these money that i would save i would throw back in for better health care and better welfare....also i would raise the taxes on people that make over $100,000 a year while tax-free money would be the first $30,000....
i would legalize the use of MJ for every reason, not just medical purposes and hit hard the heroin dealers as heroin would be available freely at every hospital along with sterile needles....
i would raise the taxes on tobacco use and alcohol
i would change the constitution and make illegal to carry arms and weapons even within your houses, it is unessessary thing that causes more violence...
i would stop giving so many green cards to so many foreigners.......
and finally i would stop fucking other peoples lives in general

Not quite. In your "libertarian" world, like in any capitalist régime, property laws come first. That is, if I am starving, and I pick an apple from your apple tree, I am arrested as a trespasser and a thief. The right to property comes before the right to life under capitalism, and only a libertarian communist society can get around that. Under capitalism, I have to follow the rules of some boss or starve simply because I don't own the means of production, and I have no say in the running of the company because they are arranged in a fascistic top-down hierarchy rather than a democratic bottom-up approach. Thus, for 8 hours a day, I am at the mercy of what the capitalists who own the means of production want me to do, so I can pay them to feed me, essentially making me a slave. And if I want to strike, there are your "libertarian" police to enforce the reign of the capitalists.

I agree that everybody should be free to do whatever they wish as long as they don't infringe on the freedom of others (nudity, prostitution, heroin, gay marriage, doesn't matter to me...), but I take this to its logical conclusion in the complete elimination of private ownership of the means of production and the means of living.

Everyone has to contribute something in life. What if all the farmers had the same philosophy about work, where would the food come from? Textile workers that make our clothes, etc........
It sounds like this would be a Nation of naked starving people.

    WELFARE:
This is an old system which encourages defeat! If you sign up onto a welfare system it should be mandatory that you time be spent either doing work for the government, such as highway clean-up, humane society, etc... OR going back for further education, paid by the state, so you can be self supportive. During times that you are in your program others starting the program will be handling the day care to allow you the time. When you graduate, they move to your position and another person in need takes their place.

This by no means pertains to single mothers/ families but also includes the single no child sector. Equality for all is my platform!!

Right, everyone has to contribute, but when I do not own the means of production the only way I can contribute is by being exploited by someone who does, and that exploitation is protected by the military and police of the State. And if there aren't enough jobs to go around, even if it isn't their fault, a portion of the population is forced into unemployment and hence starvation. Under capitalism, more grain is deliberately destroyed annually to inflate prices (and hence profits for corporations) than could solve the famine crisis in Africa, just because the economy is based on competition and profit-making rather than actually meeting the needs of the populace. Why is "from each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs" so objectionable?
