there was another thread about nutmeg.. i did the exact same thing you did with the milk like 2 nights ago and it tasted sick and didn't do anything except 15 hours later i felt crazy sick and my stomach was KILLING me for like 4 hours. it's not worth it, stick to smoking bud.

I dont see why people gag from its taste... And just now,i mixed another 1/2 tablespoon with milk and sugar and consumed it also. Im not feeling anything strange yet, but i felt a little light headed and spacey 10 minutes after i took the first tablespoon. Anyways, just wondering what should i expect? Is it really intense?
