Ok, so half an hour ago, i mixed a tablespoon of nutmeg, in with sugar and milk. It tasted great! I dont see why people gag from its taste... And just now,i mixed another 1/2 tablespoon with milk and sugar and consumed it also. Im not feeling anything strange yet, but i felt a little light headed and spacey 10 minutes after i took the first tablespoon. Anyways, just wondering what should i expect? Is it really intense? Or just a buzz? Hopefully i will even feel the effects. is a tablespoon enough? or should i take more? PS. i need to go to a family reunion tommorow,will the high be gone by then?
