smoking in small amounts while pregnent will not harm the child..you dont need to smoke till you are stoned to get relief from pain.. i take a couple hits every AM before work ..it's not enough to get stoned [ only slightly buzzed]but it does give me relief from my arthritas pain and much better range of motion..our midwives and doctors told us that the junk food most pregnent women eat while carrying a child is far more unhealthy than taking a couple hit's of weed for morning sickness or stress or pain relief...people have been brainwashed into beliving that cannibis has all these terrable side effect's when in reality it is the most theraputicly safe substance known to man...and that is a qoute dirrectly from the former drug czar....over use of anything while pregnet is not good ..but when used in moderation it can be quite benificial to the mother by helping with appetite and stress relief..i know no less than 20 friends who smoked while pregnent and not one of them had any complication's or negative side effect's from doing so..all thier children are healthy intelligent and happy kid's

I found out about 2 mths ago, I was pregnant with our first child. :eek: We were a bit suprised, but then again most couples are, I figure. I have been about a pack and 1/2 smoker since I was 20, and Im 37 now... OLD :eek: , I'm trying despreatly to quit smoking down to about 9-10 a day now... still trying. I've smoked pot since I was 17, everyday of my life... minus a couple none typical events. I have suffered from intense cronic knee pain (both knees) since a car accident when Rating: 5
