Red #40 is 99% coal tar derivatives
Well, red food coloring is "Red #40" So I don't think theres any way to get around the tar/coal aspect of it. Although I'm not sure about blue, yellow or green...
RastaKaze Reviewed by RastaKaze on . Red #40 is 99% coal tar derivatives Ok, we've all been in 3rd grade before, and we've all done the food coloring experiment with the celery stalk. Oooh! Pretty red celery! Well, I saw a discussion in one of the grow forums about trying this method for bud during the last couple couple of waterings to color the weed. Now, I think some red weed would look fuckin' kick ass, so my question is, can cannabis handle "coal tar derivatives" during it's last few waterings or would It ruin your crop in some way? Rating: 5
