This guy is an idiot. No cop is going to serve a warrant on you because of what he said. If anything, you can sue his ass or press charges because he threatened to send his boys over. I would let the cops know about this if he persists. They can get him for assault or terrotistic threatening, even if nothing actually happens. He sounds like a real ass that is just trying to push you around. He didn't call the cops and there is nothing they can do to press charges. You've committed no crimes, or nothing they will care about anyway. He would have to take you to court for a civil case (no chance of jail just that he could get money from you). Don't give into this guy. But, I don't know the whole situation and who is right and who is wrong but you don't have to worry about the cops hassling you from what you've written.
