We used to think that any game that involved potential pain was great.
One of our games was to fill an empty pop can with rocks.Pop cans back then were much more solid too. So then a few kids would stand 'outfield' and one would stand away from them. The lone kid would toss the can in the air and try to make it arc in such a way that they would hope to nail one of the outfield kids with it. If you got nailed you were out, but if you could catch the can the other dude was out and you became the thrower.
hehe good times. More than 20 years ago.

We also liked to take turns racing our bikes past a checkpoint where a kid was waiting with a sick. His job was to try to shove the sick into your spokes and if he did he got a point. So the idea was to race as fast as you could past this kid. Well I only lost once and my bike came to an immediate stop while I did not. I flew through the air and landed on the pavement on my face and busted my nose and got tiny rocks imbedded in my face.
good times.

How about the time we tried to see who could balance the longest standing on one foot on a board with a 6" nail sticking out of it. Well we actually stood on the nail. I wore that fuckin board on my foot to the hospital .
ahh good times.

This was all as a little kid , not a teen. Man we did stupid shit for fun.

hehe remember whip fights ?
