Yes I am a Dummy + Newbie = Low Yield
I have oredered 2 books from amazon and I cant wait to learn. In fact I love taking in information. That is the reason why I am asking this Question. When I get the books I am sure I wont be asking so many Q's. I have 4 6" pots and I do not have a moisture meter. I was curious how many OZ's per day I should be watering these 3" puppies. I dont want to over water nor under water them. I feed them 2x a week high Nitro. I dont think I have a good root system on these plants because the plants tend to shift when I water them (~4 OZ per plant). If anyone can give me an idea on how much I should water (OZ per day) it would be much appreciated. Personally I dont think I have a good root system going. Obviously I am not going hydro here. Any other info needed about my plants I should respond promptly. Thanks for the help! You guys are the best!

i cant give you an Exact measurement, just water the soil until its submerged under water. Water the soil whenever it feels dry, and u will be fine. Dont give nutrients until three weeks after they have sprouted, give them a recommended feeding with some veg nutrients, i prefer something like 5-1-1, which means it has a high amount of nitrogen, giving the plants a vertical boost. If you want something to boost ur rooting, look into super thrive, or a weak cloning solution to add to your watering. These will increase the abundance of roots.

Great to hear you are eager to learn and are actually buying books! That's the first best step to knowledge, you'll learn so much!. What two books did you purchase? If you want to improve your rooting a little bit it will just take time, but you can also take a small amout of rooting hormone and dissolve it into some water to help speed the rooting
You are the deciding factor in your life!

The best way to water or KNOW when to water is by letting it get completely dry(leaves will start drooping) and feel it's weight. You will get to know by weight of the pot when to water. I use promix bx which is very light soilless mix. It's ph is properly balanced already. Easy to read the soil and know exactly when to water and holds water extremely well. If you have access to a hydro shop I would suggest Fox Farms fertilizers. Veg is all organic and the flower (tiger bloom or big bloom) is mostly organic. I don't need anything else to grow monster buds. When you do water make sure you water it until water comes out of the bottom of the flower pot. Dump all excess water that flows through. You want to promote feeder roots when growing indoors inpots. Long tap roots are unnecessary and it's the feeder roots which increase yield. Hope this helps.

The 2 books I purchased and awaiting shipment are "Cannabis Cultivation: A Complete Growers Guide" and "The Cannabis Grow Bible: The Definitive Guide to Growing Marijuana for Recreational and Medical Use." They should be arriving June 10th or so. Hopefully, they are a good read. Thanks for all of the information it really is much appreciated. Ill put up picks when the plants are actually something to look at lol. BTW how do I put up a pic on this message board?
