Yes I am a Dummy + Newbie = Low Yield
The best way to water or KNOW when to water is by letting it get completely dry(leaves will start drooping) and feel it's weight. You will get to know by weight of the pot when to water. I use promix bx which is very light soilless mix. It's ph is properly balanced already. Easy to read the soil and know exactly when to water and holds water extremely well. If you have access to a hydro shop I would suggest Fox Farms fertilizers. Veg is all organic and the flower (tiger bloom or big bloom) is mostly organic. I don't need anything else to grow monster buds. When you do water make sure you water it until water comes out of the bottom of the flower pot. Dump all excess water that flows through. You want to promote feeder roots when growing indoors inpots. Long tap roots are unnecessary and it's the feeder roots which increase yield. Hope this helps.
