i used to take melatonin when i couldn't sleep when i was younger. when i started smoking i didn't need it anymore, because weed balanced me out a bit and helped me feel tired when i was. anyway i looked up stuff about melatonin when i used to take it back in the sober days and found the same research. i'm glad someone else found it too. but i wasn't aware that it helps life span... makes sense though, you sleep more, you get more rest giving your body time to heal and repair what it needs to. plus the chemical effects of the melatonin anyway... good shit
