anyway, my defense was i was in a cell with 6 others(happens all the time in mountjoy) and they continuasly smoked weed, and the second hand smoke musta messed my samples.
well sufice 2 say the judge didnt fall 4 it, especially when they put a quack on the stand and he said it was impossible 4 this 2 occcur????????? funny lookin back, but at the time... definatly not,lol

Hey, when I was in 'pot' class, as I called it, the teacher told us of these cops who went into a truck and tested out the second-hand smoke theory to see if THC gets in your blood. Four cops smoked in a truck and one didn't. The one that didn't tested negative. That's what the guy said, the one who was being paid by everyone's fines via our state government.
So, If the judge believed a fact like that, he wouldn't believe you.
