Mystery people?

Ever wonder who those mysterious people are who view topics but don't post in them, and they're name is logged on and you see it on that page where it shows all the users logged on, but you've never seen that name before on any posts.

Everyone who just checks out topics but rarely posts, post in this topic. I just want to see these people who view but don't post. That way when I'm in a topic that has 100 views but 2 replies, I can be like oh I bet Joe checked out this topic, as there are a lot of views but not a lot of posts. I'll have an idea of who it was checking out that thread that didn't post anything.

So just post in this be like "Hey, I don't post often but I always check the boards out."

well, in my case i don't like to post to everything. sometimes i just like to read the thoughts of others to see which direction the posts is going. and sometimes i follow my mother's advice: "if you don't have anything nice to say-then don't say anything at all."

there are many sections man, some people join for specific places, like learning how to grow, or discussing legal matters

I know one who often looks but hardly posts. She is my ex-fiance`s new girlfriend, she has no job and nothing else to do but stalk on me. She posts every once in a while to slam me and otherwise just looks at my posts to see what I am doing.
Personally I wish she would get a job (I'm sure he does too) and find something else of interest to do with her time.
