you decide when to flower...you flush the last week or two(this is a personal preference)...I use final phase by Advanced...
a plant can live if you don't give it nutes, it just won't yield as much.

week 3-4 1400-1600 "
flowering 1600-1800 ph 5.8-6.1

this is a general idea. Your resullts may vary. some nutrient brands fare well at this level to cannabis, and some may require less.

keep it veg nutes until stretch is over, they actually need more nitrogen during this phase than any other due to the rapid growth. the stretch is always strain related, usually 10-14 days+/-. instead of flushing @ end of flowering try 1/2 strength flowering nutes, dont deny your plants any nutes they need @ such a critical time. r
