YOu need to save your images as .jpg

From what I can see, it looks like that damn housing your keep your light in is wreaking havoc on the plants.

I would....

Lose the housing on that light.

Get more air moving across the plant top surface. Just looks like classic heat stress to me...but I am not stoned yet so dont take my word for it
