hps{high bay lighting]or mh grow light for budding

1st time
went /12/12 4 weeks ago
had problem with nurt.
put mh grow back in and they look better
added air stones
right mix know,clean water
right ph {per u guys/thanks}
in for 3 days
waiting now
should i put hps back in{got it from work, not a GROW light,}
are they the same ?
going to post pics for help
indoor hydo,{I know am in the wrong board ,but i type this thing
there 5 feet tall {small buds}
