There is nothing wrong with misting during the veg time, just give them a very light spray. Never mist during flowering, just so you know

Okay, yes, you can start to give them nutes, if you want. I try and avoid nutes until the plant starts asking for it(slight yellowing of the leaves), but if you want to go ahead and give them a boost, by all means, they are ready for a light feeding. Feed at 1/4 strength at first, and slowloy increase it to 1/2, 3/4, and full strength. Feed only about once a weeks as well. Growing in soil, they don't require a whole lot of food.

I couldn't tell youy if your soil had nutes in it already. Do you still have the bag? If so, go read it and see what's all in it. But if you used just normal potting soil, then yes, you have to add some nutes.

Good luck.
