Any little bugs under the leaves?

Are you watering from the top or using a hand sprayer?
Leaf spot is caused by water staying on the leaves overnight.
Also leaf-spot can be from fungus and imbalanced nutrients and Ph.

Those plants look fine to me.
It looks like only the lowest leaves have this spotting on them and thats normal cuz they dont like touching the dirt and when you water, some splashes or wetness stays on them and they go brown.
They look perfectly fine from the pics you show.
Is this just on the bottom most leaves?

also should I start to give it nutes? I transplanted them in these pots aug 7. So the soil should have nutes in it right? or do they need more?

Feed at 1/4 strength at first, and slowloy increase it to 1/2, 3/4, and full strength. Feed only about once a weeks as well. Growing in soil, they don't require a whole lot of food.
I couldn't tell youy if your soil had nutes in it already. Do you still have the bag? If so, go read it and see what's all in it. But if you used just normal potting soil, then yes, you have to add some nutes.
Good luck.
