Bottom Leaves Falling Off, Please Help

This is overwatering. Let them dry and no nutes !

This is only my 4th grow, so I am still pretty new to this, how can you be sure it is overwatering? Most of the plant is pretty green, and very purky. Please explain why you think so.

The leaves are turning brown from the bottom up, 2 of my plants have lost the first and second set of leaves (from the bottom up). I did some research and thought I was low on P, so I gave them some epson salt and a little bone meal to bump the P. This is the only nuts I have given the plants for they are only 18 days old. Here are some specifics: Soil: 1/2 Scotts Potting Soil .08 .12.08 Nut Levels, 1/4 Perlite, Rating: 5
