actually my parents were cool when they found out I smoked. They said they couldn't give me shit for something they use to do. So I was like, that's cool...I've been smoking ever since.

Can't help ya out with facts though. If pot was bad for me my folks wouldn't be so cool about it. I was always taught

you really gotta judge the situation yourself, and dont ever ever ever try and convinve your parents pot its ok, they will never believe you ever, adults are much to old and stupid to be able to change their minds, especially veteran parents, you wont get more than a ticket for small amounts for an eighth, so dont worry, and if your parents would really call the cops on their own kid, i seriously advise you to consider a new place to live

U do go to jail but not for very long. It's basically like getting an MIP. Since u're 16, u'll just get a ride home.

Every state has different laws.
Most states I have been in is everything under 8onces meaning 7oz's and 27grams is a MM.(81.75$ USD Fine and maybe a day in jail really think the jail depends on the attitude you have).
Everything over 8onces is a Felony then your looking at time.
Check state laws.


EDIT: Didnt see that you were 16 in that case unless you have a ton of it they will just take ur shit and take you home and prolly tell your Guardians.

In ohio anything under 100g is a ticket and it doesn't even create a record. Sometimes they'll just take it away and won't even bother with the ticket. But check out NORML.org to find out the law where you live.
