I'd like somewhere to sell BBQd minted lamb racks, garlic king prawns on skewers, spicy flamegrilled spare ribs, ice cold fresh fruit juice/smoothies and little tubs of scottish dairy ice cream with tiny bits of crisp toffee through it yum!
