Start with the straps, don't just go in for the kill. The hooks can come later.
A little neck nibble, sliding the straps off... it's nice. Take your time. ESPECIALLY if it is your first time with the girl. I can take off a bra one-handed. Pretty convenient when my other hand is "otherwise occupied."

There are two sides, a hook side and a loop side. The hook side is generally on top, and it's pretty easy to feel which side is which. Once you know which side is which, you can hold the loop side against her back with your middle and ring fingers, then hook your thumb under the reinforced end on the hook side. Then you can use your thumb to pull the hooks toward your other fingers, using your index finger to guide them out of the loops.

A quicker but slightly trickier way involves pinching the two sides so that it folds right where the hooks meet the loops. Then just slide the two sides in opposite directions to pull the loops out of the hooks.

LOL.... Yeah... I had a few hard time taking off their bra off sometime. Those little hooks they got on the bra! They are pain in the ass.
