Bush's War on Pot
America's long-running war on drugs has, literally, gone to pot.
More than two decades after it was launched in response to the spread of crack cocaine -- and in the midst of a brand-new wave of methamphetamine use sweeping the country -- the government crackdown has shifted from hard drugs to marijuana. Pot now accounts for nearly half of drug arrests nationwide -- up from barely a quarter of all busts a decade ago. Spurred by a Supreme Court decision in June affirming the right of federal agents to crack down on medical marijuana,
The Drug Enforcement Administration has launched a series of high-profile raids against pot clinics in California, and police in New York, Memphis and Philadelphia have been waging major offensives against pot smokers that are racking up thousands of arrests.
By almost any measure, however, the war has been as monumental a failure as the invasion of Iraq. All told, the government sinks an estimated $35 billion a year into the War on Drugs.

Bush's War on Pot
It is amazing all these Bush ass kissers have nothing to say when it comes to his War here at home...on us.
You are either with us or against....that was the phase right?
As Bush drug laws get tougher and more and more medical MJ smokers are jailed things are only going to heat up.
Lines will be drawn. All Cannabis sites should be behind the MJ battle 100%
Supporting the very government that is putting these people in jail should be met with anger from everyone on this site.
Let them go to the freeper or GOP site and discuss weed legalization... see how far they get.

Bush's War on Pot
THIS could be YOU!
Shirley Dorsey 56 years old Placerville, California April, 1991-
Rather than being compelled to testify against her 70-year-old boyfriend (Byron Stamate) for cultivating the medicinal cannabis she depended upon to help control her crippling back pain, Shirley Dorsey committed suicide. She saw it as the only way to prevent the forfeiture of their home and property. Despite her suicide, Stamate was sentenced to 9 months prison, and his home, cottage, and $177,000 life savings were seized.
IT IS ONLY GOING TO GET WORSE.

It has been addressed to the President, congress, and senate, where have you been?
If we are going to win this war at home we will have to follow every politician and how they vote. If they voted against Medical MJ screw them their OUT.
Any supreme court Justice that votes conservative should be fair game.
People need to know how their state reps. are voting and if it is not on the agenda PUT IT THERE.
I guess you could say "Put your money where your joint is."
Whether you like it or not The present Government is against us...and getting people to vote them ALL out is my goal.
I can't acheive that goal if I have to continually bicker with narrow minded flag wavers that only support Bush because they are afraid a terrorist is going to get them..
You will have to choose sides you know...this will come to a head.

Bush's War on Pot
You know Bush going into Canada and arresting people is just the tip of the ice...
We are giving huge amounts of money to countries to fight TERRORISM...
So what do they do with the money? They arm their POLICE...
And are these guys catching real terrorist? Very few...
This is what they do with it ------>At least 24 innocent people were killed during a three month crackdown on drug dealers that led to more than 1,000 deaths, Thailand's National Human Rights Commission said yesterday.
Commissioner Vasant Panich told reporters his office investigated 24 deaths based on complaints made by relatives, and found police had no evidence of criminal wrongdoing against them "until the day they died."
"These people were searched often, but police never found anything," he said.
Hundreds more cases need to be investigated, said Vasant.
It was not clear who killed the 24 people, however. Vasant did not say if police were responsible.
Vasant said in one of the killings, police did not have any evidence against the victim, "but they still seized all his assets" after he was shot dead.
Notice the seized assets.....see the pattern?
We gave (promised) 350 million in aid to the tsumani victims...which we have not paid BTW..
And we gave 1.5 BILLION in weapons.....we made sure they got those.
As I have stated they are blurring the lines between the war on terrorism and the war on drugs.
Keep supporting Bush it won't be long until you are seen as a terrorist for buying weed.

Bush's War on Pot
it's the feds running the majority of drugs across borders to begin with...using national security as their smokescreen...
they use the gangs they've funded and trained, who then go out and kill those who don't pay their cut.
the feds can ship in thousands of tons of drugs...but bob goes to jail for life in some states if he sells some coke or heroin...

Bush's War on Pot
Now I will tell you what happened to me.....
a week ago....2am there is this loud bagging on our front door....really loud like the door is coming off the hinges...
I yelled at my husband (who can sleep through anything)
then he has to get his pants on...if it was a murderer I'd be dead already
Anyway....he gets to the door and it is the POLICE...
they push their way in and as I am coming out of the bedroom they are shining light in my eyes and they are looking in every room of our house. Now keep in mind WE NEVER INVITED THEM IN.
THey were yelling that a 911 call had originated from our house.
So I immediately thought my youngest son might be hurt of something and headed for his room....the police in tow...
He was asleep and fine. He sleeps by a loud fan so he did not hear the police yelling but as I turned on the light he woke up.
The cops were saying they know a call came from our house. They went to all our phones...and starting pushing numbers and talking to someone....then they said Oh we are so sorry to wake you up... There must be a problem with our system, that happens. Then they left. WTF??!!
Now I know that is bullshit. I have NEVER heard of a 911 system problem like that before, HAVE YOU?
Now keep in mind I have never done anything wrong...no police record I have never even had a speeding or parking ticket nor has my husband...well he had a speeding ticket...but I have not EVER.
I think they were looking for a grow op or something because I am very out spoken about legalization of Weed...which I'm sure you have not noticed.
They looked in my hall closet for God's sake...why would they look in the closet? They assumed the 911 caller was hiding in there? Give me a break..
So as a warning to all growers evidently if the cops "think" a 911 call comes from your house they can march right in...
I guess it was our mistake opening the door but what are you suppose to do?
THIS IS WAR you better get ready.

you're a slave, you have no right to property or privacy anymore. it's downhill from here, but it doesn't have to be. it's a covert coup on the republic, where we elect the new bosses, same as the old bosses.
or maybe i'm just really stoned.
