face it, the purpose of the war was to both combat terror and increase stablility in the reigon, which we desperately need to keep oil prices somewhat stable. It was definately not to kill people. Amsterdam is right im afraid, no matter how much that pains you.

I love it when Bush supporters support a war on an emotion! As if a feeling could be wiped off the face of the world. As if the soldiers are over there bombing and shooting demons of fear, destroying infrastructure and water supplies in an attempt to kill "terror", oh yes. It's as ridiculous as the "War on Drugs".

yeah, those terrorists also happen to help governments in every way after attacks...they get to pass unconstitutional legislation that doesn't keep anyone safe...and they get more funding and more power...
our government also catches and releases these 'terrorists' (government assets) all the time...but then we all cheer when they get a patsy.
it's almost like the terrorists work for the governments and intelligence agencies of the world...mi5/mi6/fsb/mossad/fbi/cia...
oh wait...

yeah, i want to see the capos taken out as much as i want to see the bosses taken out...
saddam was just a puppet...after he was our big pal, we told him go ahead and invade kuwait...he became the fall guy. we blew up all the chemical and biological weapons, let our soldiers breathe it, now thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon thousands upon thousands are poisoned by DU...a weapon of mass destruction we used against iraq.
down with weapons of mass destruction and support the troops though...
doublethink kicked in...and it was all happy ever after.
