The Wiasting of Your Smokage man i sometimes smoke up people ,well ok, seems i do so alot, ;) getting to be too often i notice how some will waiste your smoke,dont know if i notice it more or the type of people it is(usaully some friends friend)but as of late i seem to pay attention,what makes me post about this is i think i made a dude mad when i told him 'shut the fuck up and toke the bowl' as he was letting some hash just BURN away, smoke rolling up out the bowl ,lit up real good, and he just talked on and on as he took Rating: 5

i suppose if you're actually holding the hits then no, but i've seemed to notice on bigger bowls (for example metal liberty bell bowls) if there's alot of continuous lighting it kind of has a vaporizer effect, vaporizing all the thc from the weed in the bottom, perhaps holding the lighter down for a long time could do this too.

Yes on metal bowl continuous flame will heat it a lot more than glass and it does burn faster but sometimes it better get more smoke if you are fast.

I have no problem getting it cherried and then killing the lighter; you still get a solid hit.

Moreover, if the next person takes the bowl soon enough, they can get a hit off of your cherry and not even have to relight it. Not enough smoke is wasted to really worry about.

You burn up most of the active cannabinoids just by touching the lighter to it. You'll get a lot more out of it if you light it just enough to get it lit.

yea, a toker who's gonna chat forever is a wet blanket. it's disappointing to see a perfectly good bowl burn away as someone talks on and on about useless random shit. weird how they don't think about what they have to say untill the bud is in their hand; must be a limelight effect.

i dont know, but bowls usually go out quick when im having one if no one is hitting it. We usually have to relight it every time. And with blunts, if no one is smoking it, its not really burning all that much. It will stay lit, but its burning when no one is hitting it to such a point that if you dont hit it fast, the blunt will actually go out, and you have to relight. So it doesnt really amtter to me, jsut make sure if it is actually burning your toking, otherwise,, it doesnt amtter.
