Hello all,
I would like to suggest that the site could use a reputation points system that similar to many other forums that I am sure you are familiar with.
This cann.com is the place and I absolutely love the community and the way it is, and I am certainly not complaining. I am just proposing an idea that will benefit the older tokers and veteran members on the forums.
Esp. in the grow section a member who obviously has a lot of "points" his posts could be taken seriously and would be a major help to less experienced growers..........same with the rec/experience forums, but for smokers.
If this has already been discussed with the mod team etc, sorry, but,
Could this be looked into?rajking86 Reviewed by rajking86 on . Yeah, I thought about it like I don't want it to become like that....
maybe another system of acknowledging seasoned members on the site?
There are features I heard about when Ron gets the site with the new vBulletin features to implement many new additions so I thought maybe this could be a possible one.

OverGrow has a 'karma' system. You get 'points', from other users negative or positive based on your posts. Like if you made an informative or helpful post others can give you positive points for it, if you made an offensive childish post you would get negative points.
The only other purpose I see in this (other than it being a popularity contest) is to give frequent posters credibility.

it takes some wisdom to recognize wisdom,
im no master grower by any means, but ive grown, long time i would not want no lil tag by name saying so,although i do try to help anyone find the info they need ,if i dont have a clue,i say so.
im sure many would take pride in being known as the Elite Advisers,
but would you pay for a cafe membership to find out who they are?
and maybe what you desire will have better chance if so.
just a thought.
