Scroll down and look for the following entries: network.http.pipelining network.http.proxy.pipelining network.http.pipelining.maxrequests Normally the browser will make one request to a web page at a time. When you enable pipelining it will make Rating: 5

I had just recently switched over to Firefox. The guy who did it for me said that Internet Explorer gets hijacked a lot. Firefox is much quicker, plus I like that "working in tabs" thing.

not only is it faster, but most pages come out better and it blocks ads for you.
