Run, do exercize, cut out fast food, eat good.<----good advice from civic


I lost 25 lbs. by dropping soda and meat.....no red meat at all and then fish X2 a week.
my son use to work with a cardiologist and they clean this NASTY white stuff out of veins....the doc said it all comes from red meat.

He said if you went on a veg. and fish diet for a year you could reverse 5 years worth of damage without the harmful plaque drugs...so I am giving it a try...

It has been really fun coming up with no meat dinners...

We had Portobello Mushroom burgers last night...yummy
