loosing weight?
you have to burn more calories than you eat.........so try foods low in saturated fats high in fiber and protein...walk skate ride a bike or run.....also lots of water helps you to feel full and at the same time flushes out your system.........if you want to lose weight fast for like a party or wedding and it only about ten lbs you want to lose try hollywood diet......its a two day liquid diet/purification process... you can lost ten lbs in two days and the juice is delicious.....good luck
