honey. eat a well balanced breakfast, if you don't like running-walk, and drink plenty of water. try to make yourself drink at least four glasses of water a day. don't eat dinner/supper late and listen to music that you like. if anything it'll at least get your rump up and want to dance.

i'm trying to lose weight myself and i have my kids to help. when they want to go outside-i take them. when i'm getting the munchies, i'll make the effort to eat something healthy-like popcorn or fruit. especially late night. and i'm always dancing-even if it looks stupid. you're burning calories. and if all else fails-HAVE MORE SEX!!!!
