With the facts coming out about the recent failed attempt to submit a permanent constitution to Parliament, many think that even an added week is not enough time (constitutional committee negotiators asked for, but were denied, ten extra days) for the three Muslim populations of Iraq to bridge the major gaps and come up with something suitable for all involved.
