damn ya'll whats up. mann i just got busted the other night in houston for public intoxication of marijuana. here's what happend, me and my friend had just got finished smoking and just pulled into a Kroger's. we were just sittin in my car chillin and a fuckin cop car pulls up next to us and knocks onmy windows and says get out. then he slams my friend on the hood and his buddy does the same to me. i was fuckin surprised cuz i didn't know what we did. anyway he charges me with PI and my friend with possession. the funniest part was they had the K-9 unit there and didn't use it, but the cops searched my car and could find my pipe or my stash of dro. but now i gotta get a lawyer and all that shit so, anyone got any advice or had a PI for marijuana and know what i'm facing?

okokok... break one of your ribs, and just casually mention to your mom that the spot were the cop hit you is really hurting. If she doesnt freak out and take you to the doctor immediatley, just keep slowly compalining of the pain untill they finally take you to the doc and x-ray you. then they'll find out that the motherfuckin pig broke one of your ribs!

thats the craziest part we werent smoking there. we pulled up i the lot about 5 minutes before the cop came in and he pulled over someone else and then immeadiated turned his attention to us. i asked the cop why he was so violent with us and he said"Cause your dopesmokers"!! haha what a fucking asshole.

dude... did they tell u what they were aresting u for befor they started aresting you guys??? you can get them in shit to... and alost of the time... if u werent told what u wer being chraged for... and they arested u and when u got in the car and like 5 minutes down the road... most likely the judge will throw out your case, and a couple of cops lose there job and have to work as security guards

good idea night prowler they did break my watch to when they cuffed me and threw me against the car. and partguy I asked repeatedly what i was charged with and they finally told me PI, i did ask for a sobriety test tho and he refused to give me one so hopefully we can use that.
