yeah just to update yall i got a lawyer for $150 to appear in court with me, but not for trial just to be there. im probably gonna take deffered judification with 3-6 months probation. and this is with or without piss tests. hopefully without, cuz damn i love smokin. but what pisses me off is that if it was a PI for alcohol it would be way less. my mom's friend's sister just got put in the hospital for alcohol poisioning and possible brain damage. i could smoke for a month straight and the only thing that would be hurtin is my wallet from all the bud and munchies i spent it on. oh well... FUCK THA SYSTEM!!! peace and ill try to keep ya'll updated.

STOP scaring this fuckin kid people. PI is NOTHING its a FUCKING ticket for christ sakes. The MOST will get it drug testin for 6 months and a couple of drug classes. Dude seriously, dont freak out or let these fuckin morons freak you out either, its not like there gnna lock you up. They really dont give a shit about some punk kid doing EXACTLY what everyone else has done. You know its harder to find people that have never smoked than people that have smoked. A lawyer will talk to the D.A. and get a lesser charge, hopefully. I've never used one for marijuana, I just hoped the judge liked me. 10 weeks, turned into 11 because my final test had .14 ng of THC, of classes where a bunch of de-generates talked about drugs. It wasn't bad, except I traveled every week to come back to the class because I wanted to stay with a girl three and a half hours away.

thanks guys. i really appreciate the support. i got busted in seabrook, texas and im now livin at U of H downtown Houston so shouldn't be fuckin with seabrook now. i find out my judgement on Tues. and will keep you guys updated. thanks again for pullin for me, hopefully i'll be able to smoke on tues. night but if not ill just hold on and keep the fight on by keeping the legalization of marijuana alive. peace everybody.
