The law states it is decriminalized, federally i believe, for 1.5g or under. Most cops don't really give a shit about us potheads, but they are looking for dealers who have more harmful drugs than pot, so be careful. If you are caught giving someone pot, they won't lay the law on you because of the pot, they will do it to make sure you dont have something worse.
