I tried this method out today and it worked really well, I probably got a water bottle cap full of brownish oil out of 2-3 ounces of trim/leaves/a little bud, like stated before don't do this over open flame, and if you decide to definitely do it outside away from anything that can catch on fire, I did it over flame on my barbecue on my driveway outside and sure enough the whole pot caught on fire and created a big fire, I put it out with the lid so everything was fine, I just kept going after that and it didn't catch on fire again, but I can only imagine if that had happened in my house. The more potent the ingredients, the more potent the oil. 2. 99.99% Pure Alcohol...You can also use Everclear. 3. Coffee Bean Grinder...Burst shred your stuff to keep temps down.
