i got a buddy trying out your steps HARDON. my question is tho is it Really that necessary to boil?

you could let the iso evaporate at room temperature but that is going to take a while and you'd have to stir it for quite a while at the end to make sure it was all gone. a heat mat or something might work.

I tried it with 13 grams of stems seeds and some shake that I was planning on using to make some edibles but decided to try this.

I put the stuff in a relish jar (bad idea, I can still smell pickles from the perma-smell of the lid lol) and filled it enough to cover my mix and then about another inch of alcohol, then shook for a few. I put it in another mason jar full of ice water and put that in the fridge over night. Next day I used a tea strainer and strained it into 8x8 glass pan. I put the pan on a electric skillet set to 250f and let it all evaporate. When there was no more alcohol on the pan I took it off and scraped my mess up, and put in freezer for 5-10 mins or so.

Here's a pic of what I'm left with. It smells like pickles but not alcohol and still feels a little wet/oily or something.

Should I smoke it? It's all the med I got for now.
