2 quick questions???
Your plants aren't old enough for food yet. Wait until they are at least 3 weeks old from when they first sprouted. When growing in soil a lot of fert isn't needed. I have a plant going now that is in its 4th week of veg, much bigger than the pics shown here, and I haven't given it any fert yet.
So don't give them any food now. Not until they have about 6-7sets of leaves, or in its 3-4th week(s) of veg. Good luck.

2 quick questions???
5 x 7cm pots, I would transplant about 3-4 weeks after growth. So...approx, 4-5th set of leaves. You want to make sure they have a strong enough system so you can just pull out the whole dirt clump in one piece, roots and all, with very little disturbance to the roots.
The other ones are hard to say at the moment. You have to wait until you get to that point. This is how I would do it. Transplant those babies of yours, in the 5 x 13cm pots. Then use those 5 x 13cm pots during the entire stage of vegging. 10-14days before you plan to switch to flowering, put them in the 5 x 22cm for the entire flowering stage. That is your best bet I think. You don't want to transplant during flowering because it can hermie your plant and cut down yeild. Smart move on using square pots. They save a lot of space for more plants and pots compared to round ones.
Hope this helps, good luck!
