I have been trying to go into a full 'OBE' with no prevail for a couple of weeks. I have tried in the past as well...maybe I am concentrating on it too hard. Very interesting stuff either way.

id love to astral project i have been reading and researching for several months now, i tried doing on and off but more since i started smoking again because i can remeber my dreams now. Supposedly remembering dreams helps you to be able to do it

wats lucid dreaming and OBE is that like a drug or somethign having to do with dreams?

i got into lucid dreaming a while back i only did it once ...2 of my friends do it...one more than the other but they can do it.....i would like to try it again

Yeah, i'm very confused, practising dreaming.. and what are OBE's lol, though dreaming just happened, didn't know you could practice shit with it lol ...

lucid dreaming is being aware your dreaming....having complete control over your dreams...cause when you dream you are really controlling everything subconsiously.....people want to control it consiously.

OBE's are out of body experiences....im not 100% what this entails.....i think astral projection is a pretty close thing to obe's....when you make your "soul" leave your body and you can move around without your body...........i think
