Once they have attained the appropriate customer base (as many people as possible) and have everyone used to going to Wal Mart, they raise their prices higher than their competitors were, and now prey on the consumer who now isn;t used to shopping in several places for several things.

In other words, they are a virus and they are spreading.
Good thing their sales are dropping. Mainly losing customers to Target and JC Penney.

They're actually trying to blame high gas prices for the slump. HAHA. Ignorant hicks.
