Allright, I usually don't start threads and I really don't like to complain or rant, but I can no longer hold this in. So here's the basic story shortened for easy readability:

I went to Wal Mart to use their Moneygram service to transfer money to someone who has been very kind to my wife and myself. It doesn't really matter who, it's not the point of the story. Anyway my first trip into wal mart I tell the nice lady all the info, fork over the money, and she gives me a recipt with some numbers. I e-mail the info to the kind someone I spoke of earlier and am confident that all is good.

Well two days later I check my e-mail and see 3 e-mails from this kind someone saying how he can't get the money... some problem on my end. Each e-mail sounding a little more worried than the other. I e-mail him back, assuring him I will fix it and get back to him. Went back to wal mart for the second time, wait in line for like 20 mins, and the people there were like "Oh yeah, there's some kind of problem but I can't fix it." They talk with each other, get a manager, and tell me to come back and ask for so-n-so the next day.

Next day, trip number 3 to wal mart. I wait in line for like 20 mins get to the front and ask for so-n-so. She shows up and tells me. "Oh, just call this 800 number and they wil fix it." I call the 800 number from the pay phone at wal mart and wait on hold for like 15 mins or so and the dude on the phone says "I can't do anything about it, you have to go back to the place you bought it from and show them ID to have them fix it" I tell the guy I just went inside they told me to call you. he says "Have them call this number, I'll walk them through it." So I go back inside, wait in line, and tell the same lady to call this number. She calls, on hold for like 15-20 mins again, types some stuff on her computer and tells me "All fixed" gives me the same recipt and says it's ready for pick up, same info.

So I e-mail the good news and get a prompt response "Still didn't work... same issue on your end" Now I am feeling like a complete jackass and I go back to wal mart (trip number 4) to straighten things out. A diffrenet lady helps me after about 25 minutes in line and tells me the same story I got on trip number 2. I ask for a manager and he tells me the same story I heard on trip number 3. So I tell the manager my whole story and he just looked anoyed like I was making it up. He tells me he can't do anything about it and I need to talk to so-n-so who will be here on wednesday (a different so-n-so than the first time BTW). I say "No can do, I have to fix this ASAP" and he sugessts I just pick it up myself it its so important. I ask him where and he types in the computer and says Victoria BC, USA. NO SHIT!! I am supposed to pick it up in a city named victoria in a state named british columbia in a country called USA. "Hmm that's wierd" he says "Ya think!" I say "Maybe that's the problem". So he makes a copy of my recipt, says he will give it to so-n-so and I should come back and ask for him tomorrow so we can figure this out.

Now I have to write this kind person I spoke of earlier and tell him I can't fix it until tomorrow making me look like a... what... 3xJackass I guess. I am so unbelievably pissed off and I hate walmart with a passion. FUCK WAL MART!
