BC coffee shops is just a setting to smoke, not sell.

Switzerland, from the 2 shops I been too, it's not really a coffee shop, more like a general store that sells weed.

It's not really legal (yet) to smoke in B.C. coffee shops or elsewhere, but we're pretty easy going about it and generally people can get away with it as long as they're not walking down the streets of Vancouver blowing smoke in front of Virgin records lol.
