Thanks Joel, but i think I rambled on a bit too much to make myself clear I just wanted to know if my moving of the plants from one cupboard to another (down a flight of stairs) would affect them in any way, especially when buds start forming later on.

However, I have a second pair of plants that are still veg. growing under the same light as the others; I have a second cupboard i am using as a darkroom, shifting the flowering pair in there for their dark period and then putting them back in the lit cabinet the next day.
