It wasn't the release of photos that caused any uprisings. It was the abuse they depicted.

Furthermore, everyone has a right to know the truth, regardless of the consequences. If you, or anyone else, doesn't like the consequences, maybe more should be done to make the truth more just.

BTW both sides of this war should be reported including the torture. We live by rules and values, the rules are "no sadistic rape and torture" by any civilized nation and by trying to keep it quiet, you only allow it to continue...It has to be reported and the ones involved brought to trial.
