How to make a bubbler system with rubbermaid containers?

Probably been done, but can't find a thread where it says how to set up the rubbermaid container(s) to use with airstones and bubblers for cloning plants. I had had a bookmark on one page here on the net, but a computer crash took care of that, lol!

Can anyone either tell me or direct me to how to set up a simple way to clone my roses, please?

Roses.... Roses are for another site my friend, this site you can actually talk about your own grow man. Although I wouldnt dought it if feds are reviewing these forums but it doesnt matter if you say your growing dope man. So just be straight up, I wouldnt dought it if Zandor, or latewood, they both hydroponic GENIUS'S.

I think you can clone roses as cannabis. So put an air stone connected to an air pomp in a rubber maid bucket, fill to a level that the bubbles can reach to cuttings, put your cuttings with rooting hormones above the bubbler hung by clothesclip, for instance, plug your air pomp and just wait. Put little nutes only.

No genious here ...I just picked thru forums and ebay had home-made turned retail hydro systems, I looked at all the commercial systems...then I monitored here and Overgrow(those pretentious assholes)although great info there sorry..then back to here and started building everything with anything...Followed Zandor's advice a few times (good friend of forums) ...I appreciate the compliment...Now with that said! How hard do you think Imp looked through the hydro forum for a thread that tells shows you how to build and use a cloner bubbler?.......Can I get a
"white rabbit"...I would suggest looking in the cloning 101 and the top * posts here!

I have been told by someone with many years experience in Hydro that the Rubbermaid stuff is made from the wrong material to survive constant contact with the nutrient solutions. By about the second or third cycle they will crack and leak spilling everything all over the place. Probably OK for water-only useage.

Just a tip. Also the light getting into the resevior will cause algea to grow so you have to shield it from any light.

I *know* it's a dope board, but often that is the best place for finding detailed information on growing other things as well. I know it's okay to say dope, etc., but I really do just want a good cheap way to clone my roses effectively and in a healthy manner.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone, but it just is really roses- just another person with a different passion.

Is there anywhere with detailed explanations, etc., on how to make a bubbler cloning unit? Any links anyone? Please?

Alright, I made my bubbler. It is like 60 gallons. You buy baskets and lavarock, vermiculite, whatever you like and fill the baskets. Cut holes in the lid just under the size of your baskets. Another words, if you have 3" diameter baskets cut the holes in the bubbler lid to about 2 3/4". Make sure the baskets fit snug. Put a small notch in the lid and resevoir for your airhoses. Go buy a air pump for fish tanks at walmart. For a big resevoir like I'm talking about buy 2 to 3 airpumps. Hook them up to the little vinyl hoses that you buy at wal-mart and run the lines to a little air stones and place them evenly in the bottom of the bubbler. Make sure your getting plenty of air distributed as this will keep your roots from rotting. And Walla, you have a homemade bubbler. All supplies can be found at wal-mart.

Something to consider.... Before you start, you should consider how your going to drain your bubbler, because it can be a bitch. I suggest, going to the hardware store and mounting a small valve near the bottom using apoxy and rubber washers so that you can hook up a hose and just drain your resevoir. It is much easier than siphoning. Just a suggestion. And also, you can place as many holes in the lid as you like, depening on how many baskets you have and how many plants you want to grow.
