Do the math! Lots of thing impair your ability to learn. I bet tobacco could impair your ability to learn to. Who knows what will impair your ability to learn. If your parents fight in the morning and your dad beats your mom you may have trouble learning. Smoked Cannabis probably has the same type of risks as smoked tobacco. I can guarantee you it doesn't give you long term brain problems. But that prozac or anti-depressant your parents or you are on does! So does your moms chill pills. I'm not trying to insult you or anything but lots of things can mess up your brain. Cannabis has been smoked since the beginning of time. Just something to think about.

I didnt think it was possible to become less educated But u just proved me wrong.

    try smoking for 15+ yrs..
It has effected my fitness in the surf Big time.
and coughing up Oysters every morning aint too nice.(especially in the line up).
But it still hasnt stopped me from smoking.
the truth is I'd be alot healthier if i didnt smoke But its My choice...

You should probably start thinking about all the medications you take and the chemicals they put in your food and water. I'd also take note of the antibiotics and hormones they put into the beef, chicken and pork you buy. Or you could start worrying about the mercury that is in the fish you buy. Also, the microwave gives off radiation that can in turn give you cancer. What about the air you breathe? I'd bet you that it has more toxins in it than marijuana smoke! And you breath it in all day! Oh and, what about the fruit and veggies you eat? It's sprayed with poison! mmmm yummy! What about the mold thats in you air in your house? I'm pretty sure that is more toxic than marijuana smoke. And if you don't have any mold (which is highly unlikely) you've probably got a huge amount of Radon in your house! Which is radioactive and causes cancer, and a whole bunch of other diseases!

I'd be more concerned about the chemicals the food companies are putting in your food! And i'd be more concerned about the fluoride in your water and in your toothpaste! Fluoride is the product of aluminum smelting and the aluminum companies get rid of the fluoride by giving it to the toothpaste companies and the government to put in your water! mmm fluoridey goodness! Flouride is one of the most toxic chemicals known to man and they put it in your fucking water! duhhhh red flag!
first of all, don't call me a bitch because you know nothing about me...just a little bit from what you've may of read. secondly, i'm a seventeen year old male who aspires for something better, excuse me if an education is just one of my priorties to achieve the lifestyle i want - the gall of some people.

darkfire, i do know what i have to do and smoking before i go to class isn't one of them...ya know?

If you smoke before school you will be a dumbass and forget everything. I wouldn't bother doing it. Wait until you have no homework or something or do it after all the stuff you learned has actually absorbed into your head.

Oh yah! And fuck you noosa you stupid buttfucking convict.

my fitness is nowhere near were it should be..
If i didnt smoke I would be alot fitter.
I do the same activitys as my non smoking freinds and they are alot fitter than i am.
I can still Keep up i just have less breath..
even though i have a fit looking physique i am resperitorally Unfit.(my chest and lungs are constantly full of shit).(mornings and nights mostly).

sometimes I find myself less motivated If I smoke in the morning.
so i try to only smoke in the afternoons now.(exept my breakfast bong).

thats only my experiance with it though.
Like I said I still smoke every day so even though I know the Negetave effects I dont concerntrait on them and smoke anyways..

You're not going to find out whether pot is good or bad for you from anyone in here. You'll have to figure it out on your own. There are lots of bad studies and lots of good ones. Keep in mind that the United States government will say anything to get people to hate marijuana. If you think the government is truthful, then believe it. If you think they are lying cocksuckers who try to give cannabis a bad reputation, don't believe it. Only you can choose whether it's worth smoking or not. I doubt that smoking cannabis every once in a while would hurt you. I don't think it would affect your ability to learn and function if you did it once a week or something. If you get into it everyday you may have problems but even then it depends on the person. Some people do well in school while high, but some fail miserably. It all depends on the person.

i'm not going off any "proven" facts...i know a lot of what is said can be propaganda, but i do know, from my own experience, that problem solving and absorbing information is exceptionally difficult for me when i'm ripped to the tits. which is why i've made the choice i've made. surely you understand. like you said, "it depends on the person".
