There are plenty of reasons people in handcuffs need to be shocked. Just because they can't use their hands doesn't mean they can't run. Some of those people just go crazy and kick stuff and everything else. One time a guy in handciffs was pulling 5 cops that were holding on to him. If the cops don't have enough physical power themselves to detain a criminal they need to use things like tasers, it's better than when they are beating people to death with their clubs. The amount of tasers they used was definitely excessive, but at the time when this guy was trying to get out all the cops in there drew their tasers, they didn't have time to put on a poll of which cop should use his taser, it was instinct.
Takingsunday21 Reviewed by Takingsunday21 on . i was watching cops this shit pissed me off. maybe someone saw this episode. it was in las vegas and 2 black guys got pulled over for going threw a stop sign. which they might of stoped but i forget. and the cop keep yelling at the guy which looks like hes high so the cop is just making it worse yelling at him just to put his hand up. then for like no reason the shithead cop sprays him with mase. then the guy drives away. it would of never been that bad if the cop would of just took it more easy.
